Maharashtra: Horrible accident in Nashik, seven people died

Nasik Road Accident: A horrific road accident has come to light in Nashik, Maharashtra , where 7 people died in a collision between a car and a bike, while 2 others were seriously injured. Police gave information about this accident on Thursday. The incident took place around 12 o’clock late Wednesday night near Vani on Dindori Road in Nashik. According to the police, the accident occurred due to the collision of a car and a bike, after which both the vehicles fell into a small canal on the side of the road. 7 people died in this road accident, while 2 others were seriously injured .

Identification of the dead

Nasik Road Accident: According to information, the deceased include 3 women, 3 men and a 2-year-old child. The deceased have been identified as Devidas Pandit Gangurde (28), Manisha Devidas Gangurde (23), Uttam Eknath Jadhav (42), Alka Uttam Jadhav (38), Dattatreya Namdev Waghmare (45), Anusuya Dattatreya Waghmare (40), and Bhavesh Devidas Gangurde (2). All seven people died on the spot.

Accident happened late at night

Nasik Road Accident: According to the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Nashik, this accident happened on Vani-Dindori road around 12 o’clock late night. When the police reached the spot, both the vehicles were found fallen in a small canal on the side of the road. The police took out the bodies from the canal and took them into custody and sent them for post-mortem. Also, both the people injured in the accident have been admitted to the nearest hospital in critical condition.

The accident happened before

At present, the investigation of the incident is going on and the police is trying to find out the cause of the accident. Earlier, on June 19, a car and a pickup truck collided violently on Jejuri Morgaon Road in Pune district of Maharashtra. In this horrific accident, eight people, including a woman, died on the spot.
