
AP Weather Alert: The Disaster Management Authority has said that there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Andhra Pradesh for another three days . Prakhar Jain, Managing Director of the Disaster Management Authority, said that a surface circulation is continuing towards the southwest of north Tamil Nadu. Due to this, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Palnadu and Rayalaseema districts for three days, he said. People have been advised to be alert as there is a possibility of thundershowers along with the rains. Looking at the weather conditions for three days (Monday), he said that there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Anantapur, Sri Sathya Sai, Annamaya and Chittoor districts. He explained that there is a possibility of light to moderate rains in Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Seetharamaraju, Eluru, Guntur, Bapatla, Kurnool, Nandyal, Kadapa and Tirupati districts, and light rains in the remaining districts.

On Tuesday, Palnadu, Prakasam, Kurnool, Nandyal, Anantapur, Sri Sathya Sai, Kadapa, Annamayya and Chittoor districts are likely to receive moderate to heavy rains at isolated places. Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Seetharamaraju, Eluru, Nellore and Tirupati districts are likely to receive light to moderate rains at isolated places , while the remaining districts are likely to receive light rains. On Wednesday, Palnadu, Anantapur, Sri Sathya Sai, Kadapa, Annamayya, Chittoor and Tirupati districts are likely to receive moderate to heavy rains at isolated places. He explained that there is a possibility of light to moderate rains at isolated places in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Seetharamaraju, Prakasam, Nellore, Kurnool and Nandyal districts, while light rains are likely in the remaining districts .
