Suryapet: A heartbreaking incident took place in Bodabandlagudem of Mothe mandal of Suryapet district. Unable to bear the separation of the young woman he loved, a young man named Praveen ( 28) committed suicide. According to the victim’s family members, Praveen, a resident of Bodabandlagudem, had been in love with a young woman from Chennaram village of Nelakondapalli mandal of Khammam district for the past five years.

Recently, the young woman started avoiding Praveen. Praveen was deeply upset when she blocked his phone number and found out that he was talking to someone else. In this context, he tried to commit suicide by consuming pesticide at home on Wednesday evening. Locals noticed him and immediately rushed him to a private hospital in Khammam. Praveen died on Thursday night while undergoing treatment there.
Police actions: Investigation begins
Suryapet police have shifted the body to Suryapet General Hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered on the complaint of the family members and the incident is being investigated. The incident has caused deep grief locally, and discussions are going on on social media about the incident.
