Hyderabad Drugs Party: In the wake of the increasing number of drug parties on the outskirts of Hyderabad, six IT employees were caught by the police while holding a drug party. The party was held at a farmhouse in Moinabad on the occasion of Friendship Day.

Hyderabad Drugs Party: After receiving solid information that IT employees Abhijit Banerjee, Simpson, Pardhu, Goyal, Yashwanth Reddy, and Sevio Dennis were having a party at Ceres Orchards Farmhouse in Medipalli, Moinabad mandal , STFC CI Bhikshapati and SI Balaraju of the Excise Department along with their staff raided it at midnight.

PoliceSix accusedWhen they were detained and tested, it was confirmed that they had taken drugs. 0.5 grams of LSD blots , 20 grams of hash oil , and three cars were seized from the suspects.
Arrests and further actions
Chevella Excise SI Venkateswara Reddy told the media that a case has been registered against the arrested IT employees and the farmhouse manager. Although the police and the excise department are taking strict action against the illegal trafficking and sale of drugs, it is worrying that such parties are still happening in the suburbs of Hyderabad. Officials are concerned that the youth, especially students and IT employees, are getting addicted to drugs and ruining their lives .
