
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy ( CM Revanth ) held a high-level review with officials on the T-Fiber project. He directed the officials to immediately submit a comprehensive report on the progress of the project, its current status and the work to be undertaken in the future. The government will work towards providing internet services to every village and every household through this project.
Report on project cost and funding
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has sought clarity on all financial issues related to the T-Fiber Project . He suggested that the details of how much expenditure has been incurred for this project so far and how much more funds are required to complete the work should be included in the report. He clarified to the officials that there should be transparency in the use of funds and that public money should be used properly.
Action plan for internet connectivity
The Chief Minister ordered to prepare a full-scale action plan to provide quality internet connectivity to every village and every household in the state. He suggested to expedite the T-Fiber project and ensure that digital services are provided to rural areas as well. The CM said that this will be of great benefit to the rural people in the fields of education, medicine and business. He said that the aim is to make Telangana a digital state through this project.
